What's something you do that actively looksmins you (smoking,drugs alcohol etc) and simply stopping would raise your PSL.

I'll start:
I drink ridiculous amounts of diet coke,like 3-4 litres a day.

Drinking alcohol. I should stop entirely but it's too good a cope. Also that is an ungodly amount of diet coke per day.

Diet for sure, not brushing teeth or flosssing as frequently as I should, sedentary lifestyle and being a member of this forum.

I used to cut my hair really short and it was insanely big looksmin.

I still pop pimples if they big enough and get new acne scars.

Still eating sweets.

Eating a lot of sodium as its apprently a bloatmaxx. But I still do it because I still have visible bones regardless.

A low sodium diet sounds like pure torture tbh.

Alcohol and cigarettes.

Booze didnt affect my looks tho.

Cigarettes on the other hand destroyed my collagen and probably shrunk my height by 2 cm(i lost height but am not sure how)

I stopped working out after last year July.
I better rejoin the gym soon.

I eat junk and fatty food everyday.
I don't really drink much water everyday.
