If u are in a bad spot in life, like me personally I have to wait months until all my surgeries then got the months long recovery of jaw surgery after that athe beginning of summer too, its so doomer.
Also other stuff in life is bad.
But if u listen to sad music u fuck urself up alot worse it puts u in a bad mood.
Although if ur in a bad spot mentally and try prop ur self up with various stuff all the time like for me example is taking steroids, it makes u a bit manic, this is observed in the literature, Its still better than being sad tho.
