JFL AT YOUR PATHETIC INCEL LIFE IF YOU'RE NOT NECK TRAINING NOW

Compared to all the other neckpill examples posted, this is perhaps the most brutal and radical one.

Neoshred, curry-looking bodybuilder who's actually a Balkan apple picker

I'm like 90% sure now that neck size is 100% genetics. I've been training my neck for over a year now and I've made no gains.

I've gone from 13.5 inches to nearly 17 inches in 6 months with minimal effort

3 sets of curls and extensions with 20kg plate 2/3 times a week. (Add 2-5 reps each session)
Really is that all? Most routines recommend at least 5x a week? Did you have any background with traps or neck training before that?

Never trained my neck directly before but done some shrugs occasionally.

I was in a slight surplus the whole time but think I only went up 2/3% body fat. Will probably shrink to around 16inch as I cut down, but a lot better than what I started with.

I think progressive overload is the most important factor..

I see, I'll have a think about whether to follow the routine I've got or try yours. Also, I have a somewhat decent jaw, but after doing neck curls (chin to chest) the area under my chin next to my neck 'drops' down more (sort of like if you are fat I suppose or the area that goes up or down when you mew). Will this become permanent? - if it will I'll have to give up on neck curls lol.

Funny you should say that, I've notice this over the last month or so. Think I might focus more on extensions if it doesn't disappear as I lose bodyfat.

Just because you've confirmed what I thought I'm going to only do side raises and neck extensions in addition to trap work. Annoying that probably the best exercise for neck can cause that. Perhaps someone with more experience could comment? Dk

Thick neck is extremely dimorphic. Vital to train
