Seems like all the "slayers" have one thing in common no matter their looks, and that is low inhibition. A lot of users here misunderstand low inhibition tho, they think being low inhib is stealing, shitting in the middle of the street, jerking dick in the middle of hallways and similiar degenerate shit, while its really simple. Low inhibition is lack of anxiety, shyness and fear under circumstances that are supposed to cause mental stress in "normal" person. Examples would be public speaking, approaching strangers or driving in the middle of chaotic city with lots of cars, lanes and nervous drivers.
Those slayers everyone is describing seem like low inhib low IQ degenerates that act like monkeys (pissing behind sofa, jerking their dick in the middle of dancefloor etc.) You should not strive to become like them because it will inevitably end up bad for you, you will do something stupid and end up in prison where youll become someones bitch and get raped every day.
Example of low inhib high IQ people would be Vladimir Putin, Donald Trump or even Adolf Hitler. They are low inhib but used it in such way that they appear charismatic, witty and funny while at the same time they would murder you and your whole family without batting an eye, if they had any use of it, of course.
You should strive to become low inhib but know whats socially acceptable and whats not, once you lose all the anxiety, shyness and fear in social and other situations you are free to become charismatic and witty thug like Jeremy Meeks himself, except much uglier than him.
