Let’s assume you are normal not super recessed but not great jawline you just have very average features. What is the one surgery that ascends everyone? Basically anyone could get it and it would make them look way better even if they were already good looking or not good looking?

Hmm probably custom wraparound jaw implant but only a thin one looks most natural imo, in proportion to the neck
