The biggest thing about ascend is you literally have to cut off your friends and family . Like ever since I started ascending . I never get recognition for my accomplishments and just get little comments like you look malnourished , your too skinny , or brag about how they get girls while there all Ltns and have to beg or jester for a girl to like them and never talk to them again or ill try to shine a little bp into a conversation to prove their way of thinking is wrong and it’s like damn you kinda just gotta cut these niggas off to ascend your own life cuz being around these niggas is miserable and their gonna stay in the same spot the rest of their life’s

Although u probably will have atleast like one friend who doesn’t js completely bash on you and even if you don’t you’re gonna have to get used to it this is how it works in every aspect of improvement.
