So my jaw width is pretty shit and im not sure if surgery would help or not. Reason being i have a very nice and sharp jaw from the side so should i be concerned it could somehow be botched with fillers/jaw implants? I basically have the jaw and face shape of lucky blue smith. Whats the best solution?
