needs mandible and ramus implants / fillers
your jaw frontal angle is steep and your bigonial width is low, probably due to downgrowth from the side

send side, in some rare cases its possible to have a steep jaw but good GA

You don't even have a steep jaw at all, gonial angle is not high, and mandible plane is not high either, on the flatter side if anything i think, your narrow appearing jaw doesn't come from it

Idk exact numbers off the top of my head but around 90% +- some %, you can just search, 'bigonial width looksmax.org' on google.

looking at the frontal the widest part of your jaw still looks ideally proportionate to bizygo

widen your chin and the JFA will be fixed too

Why is it not realistic?? The tapering may change slightly, but it won't make that much of a difference, that's the general idea. But i can make the gonion-chin tapering slightly different
