Well when it comes to educating yourself on how to become a person of value nowadays it'd exhaust you even before achieving the goal.

A lot to consume; do this do that, be humble, focus / manage your time and the list goes on on. You'd take an academic course just to excel at doing it.

What he's talking about can't be summed up with a word. Life on surface level seems to be easy peasy but once you decide to look more into stuff it will appear far more complex. & Here we are talking about evolving a human being. The most complex being on earth.

You know that there is Wiki steps on how to open up a new book?! So I don't believe it'd take a few YouTube videos to master oneself.
