Are you sure that's 4 billion for the year and not 4 billion in total? 8 billion spent on LL is around 250k people (just a guess, price varies for LL a lot)
I highly doubt 250k people are getting this procedure in one year. There's like 100k hospitals world wide and I doubt even 1/8th of those do LL, also not a lot of doctors that even do it. Has to be cap.
