Overall it looks like significant change( even tho its impossible to compare those side profiles)- nose also looks smaller but still...
Its not the typical convex side profile and to be honest distance between Chin and neck could be bigger(make mandible plane flatter). I genuinely think if your profile looks like this 29-32mm pogonion is perfect.

But I am pretty sure @RealSurgerymax has far better bimax/osteotomy results than this here.
