What is the best way to surgically assist palatal expansion because that is needed too

AND

Bimax advice would be great.
Which surgeons can i trust in vic aus?
and how many mm advancement for each jaws would i need along with how many degrees ccw rotation?

get a lot of advancement dont settle for underadvancemnt ur very recessed and need a massive movement

Not sure about surgeons in your area…

If they are good surgeons, they can expand your maxilla in surgery via a multi segment LeFort 1 (unless you needed a crazy amount of expansion you might need MARPE or SARPE first). It all depends on your current bite and how the upper teeth come into occlusion with the lower. That will determine how much, if at all, your upper jaw needs to be expanded and whether that can be done via bimax in one go or not.

Anyone claiming to give you exact numbers without a CBCT and decades of planning movements is talking out their ass, especially as it comes to rotation degrees.

However, we can estimate a range of forward movement. For example, you are not severely recessed but you ARE more than moderately recessed. Chin is significantly behind the lips. Upper lip a bit in front of the lower.

I would presume a good surgeon who cares about aesthetic would provide a surgical plan that would have movements in this range:

6-10mm maxilla
16-22mm pogonion which includes mandible, chin, and rotation.

Yeah brother you need a bimax or LF2. Most people on here have 1mm of recession and cry about how they need a maxillomandibular advancement, but you genuinely need one

As for all the specifics, I can't be the one to determine as static photos don't really portray the real life depth that you need to properly address this. You will need a CBCT to determine that properly, even 1mm could make a world of difference so don't take advice from random greys on this forum

An MSE possibly? Doesn't require surgery but it expands the palate just the same

Sadly I can't help with finding a reliable surgeon in your area, but they're out there. Do your research and make sure you get exactly what you ask for.

Wish you luck

You're quite badly recessed and an obvious candidate for bimax.

You're way overestimating this forum. Nobody here can tell you how many degrees of rotation you need. And even if they could, the surgeon will think you are a nutter if you walk in saying how many degrees of rotation you think you need.

You are fat and mildly retruded. You are q candidate, but not a obvious one unless you have sleep apnea. Ofc on this delusional site you are, but you will need to pay for it yourself most likely. 15 k+ orthodontics so around 20-25 k atleast

thats just not ,,badly recessed'', the double chin makes it way worse than it really is. 1cm pog could be enough for him

Haha. You just proved you don't have a clue what you're talking about saying 10mm pog would be enough. Keep yapping lil bro
