Hi guys, nice to meet you.
First message/thread here. Probably will not be my last, or might, who knows.
My background : 5.9 - 5.10, white guy, I am working in a quite prestigious financial firm, and I am planning to invest around 50k e (or more, I'll adapt) in surgeries in the next few 2-3 years. I am planning on taking my time and do things slowly but well.
Of course, so far, I only have a tentative plan. But I am going to begin with DJS (already contacted a few surgeons and got to schedule some consultations).
For those willing to go through multiple surgeries, it seems like the "chimp" like look that you may get from over advancement (from Alfaro, or other surgeons in general), can actually be mitigated afterwards by having a prexmaxillary expansion and an augmentation rhinoplasty afterwards:

What are your thoughts on this ? I have not seen any people come up with proposal on here regarding this issue.
This looks extremely promising in my opinion, and all those surgeries combined (Bimax, and afterwards if necessary, a pre-maxillary expension + rhino ) seem like they would give a (very) good results aesthetically speaking.
Lastly, I have the strong belief, face ascension (to htn/chadlite) even with a maybe not so good base, is absolutely achievable with proper planning, research, time, and money.
However I am not encouraging anyone to go crazy with surgeries, as surgeries of course come with risks, but it is good to be aware of what exist out there.
I like solving problems, and looksmaxing is an interesting one !
