bimax and genio 3 weeks post op

i said i was gonna get it no matter the result but luckily my surgeon is one of the best in the area and does custom planning software. i'm still in a lot of pain, every day tasks like sitting at a computer or talking are hard, and i can't chew.

i wouldn't recommend this unless you are very recessed or have a health issue (they go hand in hand) i've noticed people hating the same way they're hating timothy haireth cuz their jealous. i'd say this surgery gave me a modest change in harmony and dimorphism. pretty similar front profile but good side difference and when i'm smiling my teeth show.

movements:

2mm le fort 1 advancement, 1mm right, 3mm down, 1.3° ccw rotation

2.3mm bsso advancement, 3mm left, 3mm down, 1.3° ccw rotation. the bsso was assymetric so one side got advanced like 5 and the other 2

5.7mm genioplasty, 0.3mm right 1.2mm down

overall ~1cm foward growth accounting for ccw rotation although i feel like they could've done more ccw rotation but the surgeon and his team know more than a random dude who looks at looksmax.org all day

Should get a custom jaw wrap or gonial implants to fix your gonial angle djs never appreciably changes that which is ass
