bimax and lip width

thoughts on bimax in relation to lip width and lip volume in general? getting bimax nd my lips arent ideal whatsoever.

me too. do you have a long philtrum and are you getting a one peice lefort or 3 piece. How wide is your palate and smile

normal philtrum id say, not sure what lefort im getting, havent made the definitive surgical plan at all. smile is 8 teeth ish, palate no clue tbh.

I mean IDK if this is true but if you push the palate forward I feel like it would cause the lips to adjust around maybe widening the smile. Look into the 3 piece lefort 1 bcz I heard you could get a lot of widening in the palate without having to do mse. I feel like if they moved the palate forward and expanded it, it could also cause the lips to expand. I have the same problem so I am going to ask the surgeon about it hopefully.

3 piece lefort sounds good ill look into it. lmk what ur surgeon tells you
