so if you have to get your wisdom teeth removed, even if they're fully erupted, before getting bimax, won't it cause bone loss?

would jaw implants be a solution? like these titanium implants

Solution would be to never have your wisdom teeth removed in the first place. You'd need dental implants

This looks more like her Surgeon cheaped out on bone grafts or a bone filler material to limit her boneloss, fucker just left the huge hole in her jaws :lul:

Even in normal extractions, they usually should fill the hole with some sort of graft. In her case her wisdom teeth never even erupted making it even worse.

This the type of shit you'd usually sue for :lul:

But in general, if your surgeon isn't a cheap fuck, boneloss is minimal to non-existant.

if there's no room for them there's nothing to lose.
Can I dm you some pictures of my acne scarring and receive advice about what do about it, because you had/have acne scarring too?

Depends on the surgeon. For our custom cases, 90% are surgery-first
does this seem like a reasonable price for ccw lefort 1, mandible bsso, genioplasty and implants? I think it sound pretty cheap

no

correct
So getting All 4 removed at an adult age of 22 won’t do much difference in facial aesthetics? 2 were errupted

I think it didn’t make much difference but I am already planning bimax so they had to be removed in either case, which surgery would I need to counter the wisdom teeth extraction if it did make difference in facial aesthetics?
