This looks more like her Surgeon cheaped out on bone grafts or a bone filler material to limit her boneloss, fucker just left the huge hole in her jaws

Even in normal extractions, they usually should fill the hole with some sort of graft. In her case her wisdom teeth never even erupted making it even worse.

But in general, if your surgeon isn't a cheap fuck, boneloss is minimal to non-existant.
