Got my wisdom teeth removed last year, am I fucked?

I’ve noticed a subtle loss in jaw width, forward zygo projection, and facial width ever since I had my wisdom teeth removed (I didn’t get a bone graft, biggest mistake of my stupid baka life) and now I’m concerned that the bone resorption is going to continue. Is there anything I can do to fix this besides surgeries that would cost me thousands of dollars? Or is a bone graft still viable? I’m genuinely scared, I was barely scratching the surface of Htn before, I’m deathly afraid of descending.
