3d planning,nigga...every top surgeon like alvaro,ramieri,pagnoni does it...they scan your face and bones on computer and than simulate what they will do on surgery day and what will be outcome

I wouldnt think about..let alone do bimax with surgeon who doesnt have any plan before surgery

There is always 3D planning of your future approximate result after djs. It's pretty accurate if you don't get surgery in Mumbai.
