Bimax/bsso or do not bother it?

My surgeon offered me bsso but Im afraid it can descend me by moving my mandible back and looks like long faced soy jfl. However bimax can make me chimp, idk what should I do. Some people tell me I should stay away from surgery, but I have like 1mm underbite and some protrusive occlusion. Otherwise I'm gonna stay with genio, rhino and gonion fillers and implants afterwards. Help highiqcels @Acromegaly_Chad @randomvanish @Deusmaximus @CristianT @buflek @GypsyEyes

bsso/bimax is overrated with your forward growth only worth it if youre recessed by much but u are barely recessed

If they ccw rotate maxilla and shave off its top it can make less downward grown (marginally). Yes, your not recessed, so you medically don't need it (although fixing malocclusion is important). But your main goal is cosmetics. So fuck it, do what's best cosmetically, bimax can potentially change your face shape in a way fillers won't.

(You probably won't see so much results since your not recessed)

generally I consider slight genio movement for better chin projection and then fillers on gonions. If they will look decent, maybe I hit implants

No, i plan to get rhino for my bulbous nose and some fillers into chin and gonions

I think I could go that route as well, or maybe just a small chin implant, but I’ve heard that genio can also reposition the hyoid so I might just go with it

.5 - 1mm vertical height reduction + 4-5mm horizontal advancement genio (rough numbers but you really don't need major advancement)

That will fix the downward tilt of your chin. Your jaws are fine
