Bimax CCW vs CW on short face

Hi, i just wanted to get some information an tips about this surgery which i am seriously considering. When it comes down to bimax with rotation there are generally 2 paths you choose based on your case : short face (especially lower third) ==> cw rotation, long face with downswung mandible ==> ccw rotation. However i have a downswung mandible and need a taller lower third as well, any advice ? The Best option would be cw rotation with chin wing/genio but i don't think genio and chin wing combined would give good results (+ if i did chin wing i'd have to say goodbye to my gonial angle).

it's not like a cake receipt. you need the scans, ccw for long and cw for short is pure bro science

Do a ccw rotation and do chin fillers/implants, unless you have short face syndrome adding projection to the chin will automatically add height.

Moderate SFS, but definitely have it. I would greatly benefit from a taller lower third
