bimax is the most effective surgery on one's appearance so it's recommended to get it before anthing else

if you do Dal Pont BSSO then Chin Wing wont be done by many surgeons

but if you get something like Bad Homburg BSSO (High BSSO), you can still get Chin Wing but high BSSO is usually not that good for aesthetic purposes
