id say mtn as of rn and ur maxilla seems fine idk why youd risk nerve damage and allat money instead of just getting a rhino and chin implant

I was considering a genioplasty but I have a pretty noticeable overbite and I thought that meant my maxilla was recessed, also what abt the canthal tilt?

yean genio might be better option and your your eyes are fine theyre neutrally tilted its not a failo u need to be worrying about that lower third
