What do we think of this result? She fixed her maxillary cant (no advancement) and had lower jaw advancement with genio.

It’s strange, her face looks so much more polished in the after.

Observations: face looks a lot more polished in the after

smile is so much more harmonious.

Jaw does look narrower but could this be masseter atrophy from not chewing over the past years?

Skin looks much more taut and stretched in the whole face.

Funny enough you could argue she is more attractive in the first photo, but no doubt she will age better with her new structure.

If she was male this undoubtedly be an ascension (taking away the ostensible appearance of narrower jaw)

Well she kind of does in the upper row pics with her hair straightened out but she looks like an aunt in the lower pics tbh. (An aunt to someone in their 20's). She has to change that hairstyle asap.
