Bimax / double jaw surgery

My face kinda grew downwards and my gonial angle is too wide + gonions are not even noticeable

I went to see an orthodontist and they said i don't really need any surgery done, and they even suggested to push the mandible back a bit, which i refused instantly

Anything i could do or say to get my case treated ? I'm in france idk if that can help in any way, thanks in advance
