Bimax Dr. Zarrinbal botched

Hey Guys,
I recently found out, that Dr. Zarrinbal from Berlin is one of your Blackpill Surgeons.

My Story:
I had a Bimax surgery in 2012 by Dr. Zarrinbal. But actually I never was satisfied with the result.
I had a weak chin and a receding jaw. I'm actually one of his examples from the website (https://gesichtschirurgie-berlin.com/vorhernachher/beispiel-2/).

This is what it looks after the swelling was gone.

Since the I tried to get another surgery, but most surgeons declined me, because my occlusion is fixed now.
After a lot of arguing, Dr. Z wants to do another Bimax.
But now I've read alot of, that he is not able to do correct CCR, and that's what I needed back in 2012 and still need.

The question now is, should I do the Dr. Z surgery or search another surgeon?
After years of traveling to surgeons all over europe, I'm tired to visit a doctor, just to hear, that he/she is not doing aesthetic Jaw Surgeries.

zarrinbal’s opinion about another bimax sounds like a good idea if hes gonna provide a discount.

you seem like a difficult case that any other surgeon around your area isn’t gonna provide the result you want

Ramieri will be a good choice, but even if u go again with Dr Z, getting both jaw 5-6mm is good. With ccw u will maybe get 5 upper 7 lower.

No, he just called me and ask after his website was redone. For a long time it was illegal to show before/after pictures
on german surgeon websites.

It's not that we have a difficult relationship. I go to Dr. Z since 2011, and had a couple things done.

We talk about politics and other stuff.

But I never saw him as a Blackpill Surgeon. He always tried to stop me, from doing plastic surgeries.
He then told me stories about his ugly friend, that managed to get a 10/10 Girlfriend, and that a guys looks is not everything.

FYI:
It is know that he is against the use of most Implants.
A CH jaw surgeon (Dr. Brusco) offered me Titanium Jaw angle implants.
I talked to Dr. Z about those implants, and he was not completely against it.
Titanium is one of the few materials, that grows into bone. So there is no risk of bone loss.
But Titanium is heavy and expensive.

So maybe it is possible to have implants from Dr. Z.

Dr. Z is actually the guy I want to go to the most for srugery. He seems conservative, but hopefully if I ask him, he'll do more dramatic advancements on my chin.

I don't think you were botched though. You do look better afterwards. The results were just not as good as you thought I guess. Is everything okay functionality-wise?
