Depends on surgeons. Alfaro has an effective technique to minimize these changes (as described on jsforums) but most seem not to do thus tbh

it can help a birdcel nose significantly. most aesthetic noses are slightly upturned. don't remember seeing a case where bimax had bad effects on the nose tbh but it's possible if the surgeon sucks
