Bimax effects on nose and mouth area

How bimax effect nose and mouth?
Does it widen nose and make IT more upturned?
How it effect mouth area?

I Ask this because i have narrow slightly jewish looking nose and narrow mouth.

also overbite

It can ruin the mouth when done in high amounts (more than 5mm upper jaw advancement), making it flat and chimpish.

The nose will be uglier from the front but better from the side. I had 4mm and it didn't become upturned at all (alar cinch was performed during my bimax). From the front my nostrils widened noticeably and the tip became more crooked (aims slightly to the left now, before it was straight ahead facing).
