If im a sfscel with wide nose what should i get first

Bimax first and rhino after but if you only want to change the width of the tip then you can do the rhino first.

Bimax first always, or both at the same time if surgeon is skilled enough. If they move your maxilla anything more than 3-4mm you will have a noticeable change to the nose.

I had 8.5mm maxilla and my nose upturned and looks smaller in profile. I previously thought I wanted rhino to make it smaller, my jaws were just too small.
