BiMax for best improvement / surgery recommendations

I have a convex side profile/lack of forward growth, which I’d personally say is my biggest flaw among a few other things. Would a Bimax be my best option to fix my side profile or some sort of chin implant. I attached a few photos for reference.

Yeah, bimax would be overkill, literally no need. A sliding genioplasty will be enough to achieve the outcome you are desiring. Your jaw might look downgrown afterwards but this is easily fixed with jaw angle implants or fillers.

In this case you are talking about nearly a 15k difference in price, weeks of recovery time, etc. Choice should be clear.
