Hey guys, soon i have a sleep test because my sleep is horrible for the past 3 years. And only is getting worse.

i heard its possible to get a bimax covered my insurence because of sleep apnea.

My question is would a bimax help my side and front what should i focus on when consulting the surgeon?

I added a couple of pics to let you see what i look like

it will improve ur side for sure

you are recessed but there are people more recessed than you who work fine. definitely do the sleep test but also look into a blood test, nutritional deficiencies, exercise habits, are you sleeping at a normal time for a consistent period as well

but yeah if you are confirmed to have sleep apnea you can easily get it covered by insurance depending on your country

oh yeah u will definitely get it covered then if you got sleep apnea

if everything else in your life is solid then for sure do the test bro. maybe try mouth tape + nasal dilators in the time being too. cheap and easy way to help
