I have saved around 30k already and I make 1200$ a week already from doing waterproofing and iam getting 25k when I turn 20 from a hotel my parents sued from an injury the hotel gave me so money isn’t an issue

Ok since money isn’t an issue. You can do MSE, because you want hollow cheeks, zygos can help with that and It will give you wider lips. Then you can do the surgeries, sounds like a good plan to me. I can’t think of any other surgeries for you rn
