BIMAX HAS LIMITS IN MOVEMENT

no thats why im asking if he does it, since underadvancement without consideration of oclusional plane was talked about
I don't think he does ccwr of that size. Especially not if you have short face syndrome where downgrafting would be ideal and if you have a steep occlusal plane.

My jaw surgery had almost 10 degrees of ccwr and my posterior gap that was created from rotating my upper jaw was almost 11mm wide. That's 11mm of empty space/gap that the surgeon needs to account for. Bonegrafts and such methods can be used to fill up the gaps, but the technical expertise and experience to execute the surgery with repeatable results is not common.

who was your surgeon?

My point was that Dr. Ramieri is not the person if you have short face with steep occlusal plane and you need downgrafting and ccwr. Seek someone who has a reputation for ccw rotational movements without having to use impaction.

I think that's one of the reasons why I thought Raffaini had consistently better results, at least aesthetically speaking.
