Bimax in 4 days

How much improvement can i expect from my bimax + genioplasty in 4 days? I'm getting it performed by Dr Dr Kater (Frankfurt am Main, Germany) and I'm 17 years old. He's a rather conservative surgeon with 35 years of experience. I'm paying it myself and I'll have a consultation to talk about aesthetic goals 1 day before the surgery again. How much of an improvement can i expect? I have a good occlusion (class 1 bite) due to this my mandible and maxilla can only be moved in the same proportion. So how much can i expect? My estimated movements would be: 4mm Lefort 1, 5mm BSSO, 6mm Genioplasty sagittal + 2mm vertical and maybe a slight CCW.
