Having bimax in about 40 days. so far everything is perfect. Getting ccw and lots of mm forward. The simulated Profile looks close to perfect.
One thing I am unsure about is my Ramus. Gonna have a cut through the mandibular base, appartenly also saving my wisdom teeth. However I don't want my Ramus to look like this:
Usually people after a bimax go for implants there, however I want to achieve this look naturally. I know this is probably not possible without distractors but does any1 have ideas or know of cases where the ramus improved drastically? my mandible is well formed despite my downgrown maxilla so it would be a shame to just get implants for this.
