Apart from that there's Dr Sailer, Dr Andreishchev, Dr Raffaini and probably even Triaca who do Bimax for aesthetics only.

In the US you can consult gunson, sinn or eppley (he'll know of surgeons who will do it)

No but I sent an email. Said he does Bimax for aesthetics only at the moment (maybe when there's more medical work he doesn't) and otherwise there's a maxfac in cyprus whom I've been told does it too. Can't remember his name though.
