as soon as I start morphing my jaws forward I look uncanny (photo is un morphed original)

Is there any solution beyond lefort 2 which I can’t get? Is there even any point in bimax for me or do I just get ortho to fix my lip position and some inframalar implants and call it a day?

I think you should just call it a day, like, right now....

I’m £100k away from roping. There must be some things I can do?

I thought bimax was it but turns out I was basing my morphs on photos with my head turned away slightly… JFL

No you just need implants as well

Guy in pic still needs lefort 1 advancement

It looks weird with bimax and malar implant, whole face goes flat cause the upper maxilla remains recessed…

post the before

He still looks like he has recessed LeFort I area. Needed more clockwise rotation or something

midface implants + bimax maybe

The before is in the OP. These are just some morphs of my face.
You would need clockwise rotation. assuming your bite is ok your mandible is too far forward beyond your maxilla. You just did linear advancement on your morph. That is your issue. And even after that you would need infrazygos.

Honestly you dont even need bimax...?

I have a class 2 overbite actually.

I’m unsure if any bimax with significant movements can be harmonious on my face. None of these morphs come out to my liking.

You need infras, not a bimax

Implants (for the cheekbones and paranasal area) are really the only available and practical option. Almost nobody is going to give you a lefort 2 or 3 after Dr. Sinn retired (unfortunately), unless you go to a third world shithole. The upper midface is by far the hardest thing to change. You need extremely invasive surgeries like LF2, LF3, and OBO which most surgeons just will not do on non-deformed patients. Maybe you could shop around for a surgeon in Europe willing to do it since they seem more suggestible and open when it comes to surgery than ones in America (American doctors won't do cosmetic bimax for example, you need recession or airway problems). You MIGHT be able to get a quadrangular LeFort I, but then you'd have to sacrifice CCW rotation.

OK, then you need clockwise rotation bimax with very minimal or no advancement of the mandible. As I said on your morphs you linearly advanced both jaws, which will look bad in any case. You have a class 3 appearance despite a class 2 bite. This plus forehead augmentation and infrazygo implants will get you to where you need to be. Stop fucking around with morphs.

Not fucking around with morphs is a very bad idea, we’ve seen time and time again examples that you don’t want to give surgeons a free hand without having your own independent analysis.

I also don’t want to go through bimax if it’s not for big movements

Now here is a more harmonious morph in my opinion. With two changes:

1. Brow lowering (Botox) and inframalar implant (or some filler) - I believe the real eye area results would look better than this morph in fact. This is definitely the surgery I need most, no questions asked - it’ll massively improve my front profile as well as my side.

2. I moved the lips forward while leaving the chin in the same place. Perma-pouting achieved this in real life but it’s a dumb solution. Is it wishful thinking to believe this could be achieved by orthodontics tipping the teeth forward, and maybe filler in and around the lips?

I wish I had even a saggital plane ceph to look at. But it’s impossible to get x-rays in Uk.

I’m not scared of bimax and I can technically afford it but I don’t want to go through all that for what I see as a pretty minor change that’s mostly based on soft tissue anyway.
