Bimax is a waste of money if you don't get to move the zygos as well. Just complete utter waste. That's why you should ONLY accept a LeFort 3 if you are keen to surgery

I’ve been told by a lot of people to get bimax even had a max fac suggest it. However I still wonder if I should focus on implants instead. I’m worried about wasting money on something that won’t ascend me
