Bimax makes cheekbones more defined?

My lower eyes look kinda sunken and my cheekbones are hardly defined (unless lightingmaxxing and minor cheek suck). Would a bimax change this up and give me more casually hollow cheeks?

Under eye fillers or infra-orbital malar implants combined with fat removal might help

Would a bimax change this up and give me more casually hollow cheeks?

If anything a bimax will make it look like you lack midfacial volume/projection.

If you get bimax you might need some malar osteotomies or implants but don't get bimax if you have normal class 1 bite. It will make you look like a chimp or a dog.

how would a bimax affect nasolabial folds?
I also have quite a pushed upper lip which creates unnecessary definition on my philtrum, would that even out?

For a supposed "holy grail of looksmaxxing" you will think it would have more photos than number of girls I slept with, but it turns out its both 0.
