I mean bimax is mainly for side unless you are a specific case like sfs it won't change front much
If you need it then you really need it and it will help a lot but it's overrated for no reason in looksmax, tiktok etc

It's not really the holy grail of surgeries and in general the best surgery is the one needed for your particular case
It makes no sense to say is x surgery better than y surgery, unless both of them are for the same purpose then you can compare
