I got a maxilary cant but otherwise my maxillas position is fine, i need a bsso tho so then i can get other surgerys, but idk if i should get a lf1 just with it to fix the cant

Ask him for the records and then ask again with them. Without them, any assessment is practically worthless. That said, if there's a problem with one jaw, the other one will usually have issues as well
