Bimax or genio?

Here my normal posture

Here I don’t have natural head position, by looking at my neck u can tell I almost pass out in order to show fully my mandible

Closer look at my normal position

Me jutting. Here from class I occlusion I went to class III.

My point is that if I just get genio my mandible body will stay short. Undeveloped as u can clearly see how my gonions in resting position aren’t projecting enough.
My side when jutting is perfec, the real “issue” I’m bringing here is how I look totally class II occlusion but I ain’t.

Also my gonial angle is already ideal (can’t ccw much) also I don’t have any gummy smile so impaction is not indicated.
My consult are soon, but I’d like the option of an experience users.

My chin is already good as u can see on the jutting pic.
How can I get lip competence, and more advanced mandible if I can’t get impaction neither ccw???
Sure my maxilla could be moved forward but that wouldn’t help my upper lips. Already have a no- flat philtrum angle as u can see….

Problem is I’m class I man!!!! Few months of braces and that’s fixed. I don’t have more then 3mm over bite! No compensation needed

Looks like a mild class 2 and deep bite. Lower jaw needs to be brought forward and cw rotated a little. And then teeth are connected with braces.

You have a short face, decomp for at least a year then get bimax with conservative lefort advancement and linear mandible, you will need cw on the genio fs though

if you get linear mandible advancement you need to get your cw rotation to increase chin height somewhere else, that's why the genio. You don't necessarily need it to advance you further, unless you deem it necessary after decomp, you just need it to fix the short chin.
