Bimax or implants

I'm conflicted between what to get my gonial angle is around 118 to 122, my mandibular plane angle is around 20 degress. So my jaw looks lowkey downgrown and narrow from the front. I'm afraid ccw bimax alone won't fix the width issue, and if I do opt for jaw implants then it won't fix the down grown mandible issue. Can anyone help?

Jaw implants won’t fix downgrowth , if your jaw is so narrow bimax won’t fix the width , a combination of the two is ideal , i’d say do bumax first if result is meh then do implants

Possibly but it's not that expensive if you do both at the same time in turkey

get bianx with ccw and impaction done, then also get jaw implants (angle and gonions and anything else for jaw) done and your downaward growth will be gone.

Oh and also if you still have a long philtrum even after the bimax get lip lift done too
