Bimax Or Lefort 1?? (unique case please lmk)

So my failos rn are I have a unilateral crossbite so it's a crossbite on one side causing asymmetry but also just function issues. I have a slightly narrow palate obviously because of this slight unilateral crossbite and I have a recessed maxilla. Things that are good are my mandible and chin projection. So you may say why are you considering bimax? well either way I am getting gonion angle implants and zygomatic implants and I figured a bimax would just mog. But now I'm thinking why would I get a bimax if I could get a lefort 1 with all the same implants advancement of the maxilla and segmental expansion allowing for them to expand more on my crossbite side (left side) (only three teeth are included in the crossbite) I am thinking why not save recovery time and money if I already have a mogger mandible. Now with that being said you may say "muhif you advance the maxilla you need mandible advancement" bro my maxilla is recessed it will just bring it up to where my mandible is. Lmk your thoughts please help me out planning with surgeon rn.
