First time on .org. I have a particularly long midface and a pretty recessed mandible. After discussing symptoms with ChatGPT I came to the conclusion of a vertically excessive maxilla. Now I see a few surgical options like a Bimax or lefort 1. I could likely get them covered by insurance but I would prefer a softmax approach with ortho. Are there any ortho options left at 16.5yo? (Might upload images if I start trusting this site or if necessary for eval)

Brochata stop the cope and prep for bimax

jus start wage slaving for bimax

ortho for a long maxilla LMFAO 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Update. Spoke to my ortho. She’s connecting me to a surgeon however I am recommended a different procedure. I also had a first look at my X-rays turns out I have teeth flared all the way to the moon and will have some pulled. If everything goes right I’m gonna get a mandible extension in roughly a year. My maxilla will not be touched. Don’t even know if I actually got it right with it being vert excessive.

u need bimax

Using imagination since no pics and no scan
