Bimax or MSE first?

usually always mse but waiting time etc can be shit. i also considered this but if you are not too narrow just do bimax + invisalign (if your bite is good). potentially can be done after too from what i heard

always mse first and than bimax, u know ur jaws literally get fuses with plates doing bimax...
But u might not able to get mse, they don't want to expand my upper jaw as it is alrdy bigger than my lower jaw...
So only option for me is bimax

Wouldn't your palate be fucked up for MSE after a Bimax lol? Because of the Lefort 1 area is cut up and advanced
