usually always mse but waiting time etc can be shit. i also considered this but if you are not too narrow just do bimax + invisalign (if your bite is good). potentially can be done after too from what i heard

always mse first and than bimax, u know ur jaws literally get fuses with plates doing bimax...
But u might not able to get mse, they don't want to expand my upper jaw as it is alrdy bigger than my lower jaw...
So only option for me is bimax
