Bimax or rhino/genio/implants?

Yeah yeah, I know I'm old and ugly.

I'm just looking for some genuine advice on what surgeries to get

The more hard core path would be:
-bimax + genio
-undereye, cheekbone and jaw angle implants
-Rhino
-Almond eye surgery

But I'm wondering if I could get away with:
-genio, jaw angle implants, undereye implants
-rhino

In short, would bimax even be worth it for me, or would a Rhino suffice?

Note that I'm 15kg overweight right now, so I look especially bad

I think bimax is not necessary for you; without it, you will still get good results. However, I think you should consider some surgery for UEE I mean, like fat grafting or supraorbital implants.

I feel it's too risky for me and is easily botched. I think I'll just get genio, Rhino and implants instead

No way, they use Custom 3D plates and Custom guides for the incision.

What do you mean? Like impaction? You mean to shorten the lower third or what?
