when im 21 im getting rhino or a bimax. is a bimax needed or should i just go with rhino.

Hmm, you are definitely recessed and if you’re having sleep apnea bimax is definitely the best fix for you. But if you consider cost and downtime and other factors if you believe the ROI is good then do that. Rhino will be much cheaper and have way less recovery. However if I’m being honest your nose isn’t even that bad so it’s prolly also very low ROI. I’d say bimax for you

just feel like theres a higher chance of me getting botched or something going wrong but i haven’t looked much into overseas tho so im not sure

There’s some pretty famous surgeons and many accounts mentioned on here. I’m not too educated on it so I won’t reccomend any but dyor it’ll be worth it

thats the shit that worries me lmao ik you can get crazy deals and theres reputable surgeons out there but for how invasive the surgery is 10k is way to fucking cheap for something promising im first gonna see if insurance can cover it then ill debate going to turkey or somewhere else

I live in Russia, I know hella good jaw surgeons and prices are the same as in Turkey

yea in the us if i get really good insurance coverage ill only need to pay like 15-20k. dont you have to get braces before and after?

Rotation isn't done for cosmetic reasons and when it is done on a non sfs or lfs patient it doesn't change much

he doesn’t need ccwr anyway imo
his ga seems fine and jaw doesn’t seem down grown so, maybe a little bit
and ik of blackpilled surgeons who charged more for extreme rotation to alter mpa (p sure raffaini and pagnoni did on some cases)
