Bimax or wraparound Jaw?

Decided to take surgery seriously now. I will do it this year.

Definately getting orbital implants (including cheekbone).

Question is to I get bimax (ccw rotation to slightly shorten midface) or just get a wraparound jaw?

How come you're getting orbital implants if you have a neutral/positive orbital vector? Also dont get bimax obvs ur not recessed. Get wraparound jaw implants ur jaws pretty round so it would help
