Bimax plan advice

I am planning to advance both jaws forward with the advice of my surgeon preferably : maxilla 2mm forward and mandible 7mm forward in a surgery first approach.
I was wondering if advancing both jaws linearly without any rotation would make my face or midface longer. my overbite is around 7mm. I probably have saved enough money to pay for pre-surgery deposit and seeking advice from jaw experts over here. Do i need ccw rotation when advancing the jaws forward? Trolls please stay away.

so i suppose linear advancement is good enough? my surgeon told me my occlusal plane does not require any rotation.

Please for the love of god dont just get 2mm maxilla advancement. 5mm for maxilla is required to make a difference and 7mm bsso movement is again to little. You need it in double digits.

Also you dont need any type of rotation.
